Our stay at Tan House Farm was...sumptuous. We feasted on fresh air, open space and spectacular views of the Black Mountains. For actual sustenance we bought snacks, beer and cider from Hopes of Longtown, strolled to Cornewall Arms in Clodock for a drink, and had perfect pies at the Crown Inn Longtown. The camping field is equipped with a couple of loos, and there are showers and a loo in an out building by the farm too. The wide open field (camp anywhere!) was perfect for our 6 and 9 year old to run around in. They headed down to the stream at the end of the field and on to the stony beach for some all important skimming stone practice. (Facebook review 2018)
